Refund Policy
Last updated 8 July 2026
We want you to feel the Service is worth it. This policy covers refunds for all plans — the 3-Month Cram Pack, the Monthly subscription, and the Annual subscription. Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, so refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Norskprøven.ai isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. Where you have already used a meaningful amount of access during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the value used before issuing the refund; if the Service simply didn't work as described, you get a full refund.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in Norway/the EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) on digital purchases. Because our plans give you immediate access to digital content, by starting to use the Service within the 14-day period you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may lapse once access has been delivered and used. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, and nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have under Norwegian law.
Subscriptions and renewals
You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If a renewal charges you and you contact us promptly — within a few days and before you've made significant use of the new period — we'll refund that renewal. The Cram Pack is a one-time payment that does not renew.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the refund link on the receipt Paddle sent you. Tell us your order reference (from the Paddle receipt) and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Questions
If anything is unclear, email [email protected]— we'd rather sort it out than leave you unhappy. Payment-processing questions can also go to Paddle via the receipt they send you.
